While https://e-healthlabs.com/ has attempted to accurately display product colours, the actual colours you see will depend on the device you use to view the product and may not be accurate.
Refund policy
e-healthlabs offers a 90-day money back guarantee on all products purchased on our website (NOTE: items purchased via third party links, such as Amazon.com or Ebay.com, are not eligible for the 90-day money back guarantee).
This guarantee starts on the day you purchase your product and expires 90 days after that. To benefit from this guarantee, you must return the products, even if empty and/or opened, accompanied by the completed information sheet with your dated return package before the 90-day period expires.
In the event of non-return, the amount of the commercial value will be deducted from the refund requested.
Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase or on receipt of the package (for payment in cash on delivery) are not subject to reimbursement. In addition, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred when returning any product. We recommend that you return your jars to us with a tracked shipping method. We will not be able to refund jars that we have not received.
The money back guarantee is only valid with the recommended use of the product, in this case one (1) jar per month. Any other use may not be covered by the guarantee (e.g.: return of two empty jars in one month when one jar is supposed to last 30 days).
Each return is subject to a £10 handling and administration fee (including our shipping costs and preparation of the package sent).
In the event of suspicion of misuse of the money-back guarantee (return of several pots that have been completely emptied, multiple requests for reimbursement…) we reserve all rights to cancel the money-back guarantee.

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to change your mind if you purchase online or by phone. If you exercise this right, we undertake to reimburse you for the goods or services ordered. Delivery times
Delivery times are usually between 3 to 7 working days for Metropolitan France. For Overseas France, delivery times are 10-20 working days. Sometimes there may be an out-of-stock condition, in which case the customer will be notified by email of the indicative delivery date.
Mobile Services
If you access the site via your mobile phone, we do not currently charge for this access. Please note that the usual rates and charges of your operator, such as text messaging or data transmission charges, remain applicable.
